Ena has made it her life’s purpose to serve minority girls in the Richmond community through The Rare Academy. She teaches girls to love themselves and others with the application of Christian principles and the performing arts.

She is a mentor to many middle and high school young ladies through her #BeRare initiative that includes after school programs like modeling and dance classes. Ena empowers young ladies to stand out for all the right reasons and to embrace who they are.
